When you choose our monthly budget plan, you can spread your payments out evenly throughout the year. When you know what your costs will be from month-to-month, household budgeting is made easier—and helps to control your heating bills, especially around the winter season. We offer two different budget plans currently:
At the beginning of the season, we’ll set an agreed-upon cap price per gallon for your propane. If enrolled, your propane cost per gallon won’t ever go above the capped price. If the market price falls and is less than the capped price, you pay the market price.
In order to choose this plan, you must become an Automatic Delivery service customer. You don’t have to remember to monitor your gauges or order propane because we’ll take care of it automatically! Enjoy the peace of mind knowing your propane is on Automatic Delivery, and your price is locked-in with the Capped Price program.
We are currently accepting enrollment for the 2024-2025 heating season. Enrollment is open until September 30, 2024.
There is a $34.99 enrollment fee to lock in the price cap for the year. To enroll please contact our office today and ask about the Capped Price program. This program has a minimum gallon usage, and you must be an Automatic Delivery customer.
Enroll in autopay and you can skip the stamp—you’ll never worry about keeping track of your propane bill again! Instead, your monthly payments are taken care of right on time through an automatic deduction from your bank account or from your credit card.
